What We're Building
For AI builders, Jentic is where AI meets APIs, providing a comprehensive solution to intelligently hook AI agents up to unlimited APIs and workflows, with an emphasis on security and reliability. For regular users, Jentic allows AI agents to be easily created and run, powered by their favourite LLM and Jentic's backend infrastructure. A product manager can design an agent that updates dashboards and notifies the team. A sales rep can create an agent that books meetings or updates CRM records. A software developer can run a Jentic agent on their own infrastructure, or supercharge their existing agents by integrating Jentic.

Your Role
As our Head of Marketing, you will:

Own the end-to-end marketing function at Jentic—starting with the strategy and rolling up your sleeves to deliver.

Launch our open source project publicly across Product Hunt, Hacker News, social, and community platforms.

Develop and execute campaigns across content, PR, events, and partnerships to build awareness and brand affinity.

Create compelling narratives, positioning, and messaging—translating deep tech into human, inspiring stories.

Build and engage a community of users and developers (Discord, GitHub, LinkedIn, newsletters, etc.).

Manage metrics and reporting across brand, growth, and retention—from waitlist and signups to referrals and engagement.

Lead a lean in-house team across content, design, and growth as needed

Please note:

We work in-office 4 days per week (Mon-Thurs) at our Dublin 2 HQ - we find this supports fast iteration and close collaboration at our stage. Our core hours are 10am to 4pm, with flexibility to start and end your day outside of that window.

Requirements
Experience Required (PLEASE READ FULLY; these requirements are non-negotiable)

You have a minimum of 10 years experience leading marketing at a fast-moving startup, ideally in SaaS, AI, open-source, or developer tools.

You've shipped high-impact launches that got real attention (e.g. Product Hunt, a press, influencer-led growth).

You're as comfortable writing website copy or running social channels as you are working on strategy or analytics.

You have excellent taste and a strong creative eye, plus the storytelling skills to make users care.

You thrive in zero-to-one environments and know how to operate lean.

You're thoughtful, analytical, and collaborative, and able to work closely with founders, product, and community.

Bonus Points:

Experience building and engaging developer or open-source communities

Background in AI products or no-code tools

Familiarity with referral mechanics, influencer marketing, or side-product-led growth
