The Job: We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Bar Person / Assistant Manager to join our team as Assistant Manager. This exciting opportunity allows the successful candidate to play a key role in our future plans while upholding high standards in customer service.
Responsibilities:
Work alongside the existing team to oversee the day-to-day operations.
Training and staff supervision
Ensure Bar SOP's are followed and the bar runs efficiently and to a high standard
Assist with stock management, stock takes, ordering and managing wastage
Ensure compliance with health, safety, licencing laws and regulations
Providing excellent customer service
Foster a culture of respect, effective communication, and lead by example.
Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of supervision / management experience in a licensed premises.
