We are looking for a skilled and passionate Head Bartender / Bar Supervisor to lead the bar operation The Role As Head Bartender / Bar Supervisor, you will take ownership of the bar, ensuring it is always ready for service and run to the highest standard. Your key responsibilities will include: Running daily bar operations, ensuring smooth service during busy cocktail-focused shifts. Stock management overseeing rotation, ordering, and organisation to maintain efficiency and minimise waste.
