We are currently recruiting for Experienced Bartenders to join our Knights Bar team at Dublins Leading Castle Hotel. Objective of the Role Under the general guidelines of the Departmental Supervisor/Manager, ensure the day-to-day operations are carried out in line with department and Hotel standards. To provide 100% quality service to guests at all times. To carry out duties in accordance with statutory, health and safety requirements. Primary duties and responsibilities To deliver at all times the highest quality of beverage and foodservice in our Food and Beverage outlets To strive at all times to exceed the expectations of all customers within the hotel and to do so in a pleasant and efficient manner in accordance with the established standards in the hotel. To adhere to all Health & Safety, Hygiene and Cashiering Procedures. To maximise sales and revenue in the F&B outlets at all times. To handle customer queries and complaints in a professional, efficient manner. The Person Previous experience working in a busy hotel F&B outlet is essential. Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills essential as is the ability to work as part of a team and on one's own initiative. Strong Customer Focus essential.
