We’re looking for a Retail Media Client Executive to join our team, working with one of Ireland’s leading grocery retailers on their growing Retail Media Network. You’ll help connect supplier brands with shoppers through impactful campaigns that drive real results in-store and online.
As part of ReAction’s retail media team, you’ll support the planning and delivery of campaigns across the retailer’s full suite of media channels. Working closely with our Client and Campaign Managers, you’ll play a key role in delivering best‑in‑class service to supplier clients and our retail partner alike.
Key Responsibilities Support campaign planning, coordination, and execution across in‑store and digital media touchpoints.
Contribute to client proposals, presentations, and post‑campaign reporting.
Prepare and manage key campaign materials and documentation to support smooth activation.
Collaborate with internal and external creative, production, and operations teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on brief, and to the highest standard.
Support wider retail media projects, contributing ideas, insight, and proactive recommendations as the network continues to grow.
The Person 1–2 years’ experience in an account executive role, ideally within a marketing, media, or shopper agency, or within a retail or FMCG brand.
Strong interest in retail media and a desire to grow your career in this fast‑moving, high‑impact area.
Excellent organisational, analytical and communication skills.
Collaborative, proactive, and detail‑oriented, with a “can do” attitude and a commitment to getting things done.
Experience working with creative teams and an understanding of design processes.
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment where no two days are the same.
Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Location Dublin (Sandyford). Hybrid working model with a minimum of three days per week in‑office.
