YOUR ROLE
We are seeking a driven and client‑focused Client Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in IT consulting who thrives in a client‑facing environment. You will play a key role in expanding our presence in the Irish market, building strategic relationships, and delivering high‑impact solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities Of The Role
Contribute to sales activities to expand our footprint in the Irish market, with a strong focus on Package‑Based solutions.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging market insights and client needs.
Support client relationships by offering tailored solutions and maintaining regular engagement.
Assist in preparing commercial offers and managing RFI/RFP/RFQ processes, including contract support.
Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure smooth project execution and high client satisfaction.
Work with international Capgemini teams to leverage global expertise.
YOUR PROFILE
5+ years of experience in client‑facing consulting, sales, or account management within IT services, with strong expertise in Package‑Based solutions.
Proven ability to build trusted client relationships and deliver tailored business solutions that drive measurable value.
Skilled in account planning, pipeline development, and accurate forecasting using CRM tools.
Strong commercial acumen with experience leading complex negotiations and closing high‑value deals.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of working effectively across technical and delivery teams.
