Our client a succesfull Building Merchant's is looking for a motivated and results-oriented Internal Sales Advisor to join their Sandyford Branch and engage directly with builders, contractors, and end users. Job role: Strengthen existing customer relationships to enhance satisfaction, encourage repeat business, and identify cross-selling opportunities. Drive new business development by engaging with key decision-makers within the construction industry. Establish and maintain a strong network of industry and sector partners to support both customer retention and business growth. Prepare tailored customer proposals and solutions, including detailed costings and value-based evaluations. Consistently meet or exceed sales KPIs as set by the management team. Collaborate effectively with internal teams across sales, customer operations, and logistics to ensure seamless service delivery. Maintain a solid understanding of construction practices and building materials to offer informed advice and product recommendations. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing their own customer base and playing a key role in driving company sales growth.
