Role: IT Systems Installation Engineer
Location: Mayo (Hybrid)
Your responsibilities:
- Installing & Configuring Systems: Setting up a variety of IT hardware and software solutions at client sites, ensuring systems are configured to meet technical specifications.
- Testing & Troubleshooting: Conducting rigorous tests on newly installed systems to guarantee operational efficiency; diagnosing and resolving technical issues promptly.
- Collaboration: Working closely with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration and high service levels.
- Maintenance & Support: Providing ongoing technical support and routine maintenance, ensuring systems remain optimized and up-to-date.
- Documentation: Accurately documenting installation procedures, system configurations, and any modifications for future reference and quality assurance.
Must have's:
- 1-3 year experience or new graduates with a degree in Computer Science, Computing & Information Systems, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Electronic and Electrical Engineering or Data Analytics.
- A clean full Irish driving license
- Excellent communication skills
Your Technical Expertise:
- Demonstrable experience in IT systems installation, including hardware setups, configurations, and system integration.
- Problem-Solving Skills: A proactive approach to troubleshooting with the ability to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
