
People & Compliance Coordinator New

Our client is a leading Irish technology business with a long-standing reputation for innovation, quality, and service delivery. As the company continues to expand, they are seeking a People & Compliance Coordinator to join their team. This role is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to take ownership, develop processes, and grow with the organisation. This would also suit recent Business or Commerce graduates who are eager to kickstart their career and gain hands-on experience in a growing company based in Claremorris.
The Role
This is a hands-on position where you will support compliance, and people-related processes. You’ll ensure smooth day-to-day administration operations, contribute to the development of systems and policies, and provide support to employees and managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administration and maintain accurate employee records.
- Support new hire onboarding and integration.
- Draft and issue employment contracts (temporary, fixed-term, and permanent).
- Ensure systems are organised, accurate, and compliant.
- Prepare for and assist with audits, ensuring up-to-date policies and records.
- Coordinate performance reviews and employee development initiatives.
- Provide support and advice to managers and employees in line with policies.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR and compliance processes.
Candidate Profile
- Previous similar experience, or strong administration background
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Approachable, open-minded, with an open-door style of communication.
- Ability to work with discretion and confidentiality.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
