Overview DesignBuild Search are working with a tier 1 contractor who have QS opportunities on a mix of projects throughout Dublin. Our client has been in operation for over 100 years working across commercial, residential, industrial and hotel projects. This position will give you the opportunity to work on prestigious projects throughout Dublin whilst working with recognised industry leaders.

Associate Director @ DesignBuild Search | Leadership, Recruitment, Requirements Degree Qualified in Quantity Surveying or related field
Experience : 3+ years post college experience
Experience with a main contractor: 3+ years
Responsibilities Post tender and pre contract activities: familiarisation with the tender file and assisting with preparing commercial targets for the project.
During the contract period: the procurement of subcontractors, attending pre-award meetings, documentation and schedules, applications, variation schedules, measurement, controlling accounts, payments, in-house reports, contractual correspondence and final account.
During the post contract period: finalise subcontractor accounts and complete all filing and other documentation.
Integrate the commercial strategy, amending to suit project as it develops.
Liaise with & commercially influence/challenge the other members of the team and the construction process.
