- Location: We are currently hiring for different territories: Dublin, Midlands (Laois, Carlow) and Southwest (Wexford, Waterford and Kilkenny)
- Starting Salary: €74,000, rising to €114,000 after 3 years
- Contract: Full-time, Permanent

As an Operations Manager, you’ll be instrumental in overseeing the performance and operations of multiple stores within your assigned area.

Responsibilities

- Lead and support Store Managers across your territory
- Drive team motivation, efficiency, and collaboration
- Develop and coach your management teams
- Analyse stock, sales, and KPIs to maximise performance
- Conduct store visits, audits, and cash management checks
- Oversee new store openings, refurbishments, and re-openings
- Deliver annual business plans and staffing structures
- Implement company strategy within your territory

Experience and skillset

- Minimum of 3 years' management experience
- Full driving licence and flexibility to travel within territory/area
- Excellent organisational, communication, and analytical skills
- Proven ability to lead and inspire teams in a high-performance setting
- Experience in a fast-paced retail or operational environment
- Area or multi-site management experience is an advantage

Compensation and Benefits

- Starting salary of €84,000, rising to €114,000 after 3 years
