Summary: As our SDR Enterprise, you will play a crucial role in breaking into new accounts and fostering relationships with multiple contacts within target customer segments. You will collaborate with the broader sales team, conduct market research to identify new potential customers and leads, and qualify these leads by understanding their onboarding approach.

Responsibilities

Drive Deel's growth through inbound and outbound prospecting, generating sales leads that become opportunities and closed business.

Learn from the sales team and help build out the Sales Playbook and Tech Stack.

Educate and develop leads through inbound or outbound prospecting via phone calls, emails, events, webinars, and campaigns.

Identify and develop understanding of each lead generation process, support marketing activities, prospect touch-points, and handoff to an Account Executive.

Generate email sequences and make cold calls to map and penetrate accounts.

Conduct follow-up calls and emails until meetings are set.

Qualifications

3-4 years of experience in a sales development or similar outbound role.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, remote team environment.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Self-motivated, results-driven, and eager to learn; able to work autonomously and source solutions.

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets in a quota-carrying role.

Experience with CRM systems and sales engagement tools is a plus.

Entrepreneurial spirit and growth mindset; strong written communication for email copy and campaigns.

Adaptable to a fast-paced environment and an active relationship builder who collaborates with internal and external teams to improve processes.

Experience in HR or fintech and prior work in a fast-growing startup or remote/distributed team is preferred.

Native or fluent in Hebrew and English.
