As a result of strong new Hyundai Vehicle Saleswe are looking for an experienced and driven Warranty Administrator to join our talented team. This is a unique opportunity to work with one of Irelands most dynamic and forward-thinking brands, playing a vital role in supporting the Hyundai Dealer Network. As a Warranty Administrator youll be working closely with all other internal teams such as Customer Care and Technical teams. This role is ideally suited to someone driven, ambitious and keen to work in a cross functional environment, the ideal candidate will be someone with Dealer and/or Distributor experience. The Role: Reporting to the Warranty Manager, the ideal candidate will be someone with motor dealer and / or motor distributor experience preferably with an understanding of warranty and aftersales operations. Key Responsibilities: As part of the overall warranty team, managing all Recall/Service action roll outs as they arise, working closely with the Hyundai Network. Responsibility for monitoring and reporting of Recall/Service Action completion rates, periodic reporting to the Warranty Manager when required to ensure all manufacturer recall/campaign targets are achieved. To support the warranty team with general warranty related queries as they arise. To ensure all warranty claims are submitted to the manufacturer within the timeframe set and that all claims are to brand audit standards. To ensure the manufactures warranty policy and procedures are strictly adhered too including Goodwill procedures where applicable. Working closely with the Hyundai Dealer Network via our retention system to proactively manage customer communications and ensure continued brand loyalty via our customer relations retention tool. Support the Hyundai Dealer Network in a courteous, efficient and considerate manner. To collaborate with the Warranty Team on creation, implementation and delivery of Hyundai Warranty Training when required. Requirements: Experience - ideally working within in a franchised dealership environment. Good communication skills written and oral. Analytically focused to identify trends weakness and opportunities across the dealer network. Self-motivated with strong attention to detail. Full clean and valid driving license.
