Position: Vehicle Warranty Administrator
Salary: Starting from €42,000 (depending on experience)

Our commitment to quality service and customer satisfaction has been the cornerstone of our success for 78 years. Our state of the art workshop currently processes warranty claims for Kia, Mazda, Land Rover and Mapfre.
Role Overview:
As our Warranty Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing and processing warranty claims, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. This position offers a dynamic work environment where your attention to detail and expertise will be highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Process Warranty Claims: Accurately manage and process warranty claims with manufacturers and suppliers.
2. Customer Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding warranty queries, ensuring clear communication and prompt resolution.
3. Record Keeping: Maintain and update warranty records and documentation.
4. Compliance: Ensure all claims meet the warranty policies and procedures of the manufacturer.
5. Collaboration: Work closely with the service and parts departments to coordinate warranty processes.
