Wilde Restaurant is looking for an experienced and driven Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house team and maintain the highest standards of fine dining service. The Role Youll be responsible for smooth daily operations, delivering outstanding guest experiences, and supporting the wider hotel team. This is a hands-on role for someone who is passionate about food, service, and team development.
