Wilde Restaurant is looking for an experienced and driven Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house team and maintain the highest standards of fine dining service. The Role Youll be responsible for smooth daily operations, delivering outstanding guest experiences, and supporting the wider hotel team. This is a hands-on role for someone who is passionate about food, service, and team development. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage restaurant operations each shift Motivate, train, and mentor the front-of-house team Ensure high standards of service, hygiene, and safety Oversee scheduling, training, and performance management Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships Handle guest concerns with professionalism Work with senior management to meet financial targets What Were Looking For Proven experience in restaurant management (4* or 5* setting preferred) Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Solid knowledge of food and beverage operations Hands-on management style with attention to detail Ability to inspire a positive, high-performing team culture Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays This is a fantastic opportunity for a hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment and wants to grow with a prestigious brand.
