As part of the Wholesale team, this role offers a unique opportunity to shape the next generation of messaging and verification services in a collaborative environment. We are seeking an experienced and commercially savvy Product Manager to lead Three Ireland's Wholesale SMS & Verification Services portfolio. This role involves driving growth in messaging products including A2P SMS, RCS, Premium Rate SMS, Virtual Mobile Numbers, and Mobile Verification services. You will manage the full product lifecycle, oversee financial performance, and play a key role in partner onboarding, regulatory compliance, and maintaining commercial relationships.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading the full product lifecycle from strategy to go-to-market across SMS, RCS, mobile verification, and related services.
- Managing strategic partnerships, negotiations, and collaborations for long-term growth.
- Owning the P&L, managing budgets, and delivering financial reports and forecasts.
- Driving onboarding of operator and partner services, including negotiations and technical integrations (SMPP, REST APIs).
- Ensuring compliance with regulations like GDPR, ComReg guidance, and industry standards (e.g., 10DLC, DLT).
- Collaborating with engineering, commercial, and regulatory teams for seamless product delivery.
- Using market intelligence to enhance features and identify growth opportunities.

The skills we are looking for:

- 5–8 years' experience in product or partner management, preferably in telecom or messaging.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing P&L, budgets, and forecasts.
- Technical knowledge of messaging protocols (SMPP, RCS, REST APIs), telecom infrastructure, and mobile verification standards.
- Proven ability to manage partner relationships and negotiate contracts.
- Excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders and explain technical topics.
- A strategic mindset with a track record of driving growth and innovation.
- Results-driven with a focus on operational excellence and customer outcomes.

- Background in telecom, digital messaging, or mobile verification services.
- Passionate about emerging messaging technologies and business models.
- Team player with a collaborative, forward-thinking approach.
- Experience launching and scaling B2B or wholesale services.
