Product Specialist – Škoda Ireland
Are you passionate about cars, strategy, and customer experience? Škoda Ireland is seeking a Product Specialist to join our Product team.
In this role, you’ll help shape the Škoda model line‑up for the Irish market – defining each variant’s role, positioning, pricing, and competitive set. You’ll work closely with our sales, marketing, and dealer network to ensure our products are perfectly equipped, competitively priced, and clearly communicated to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and position Škoda models in the Irish market, defining target audiences and value propositions.
- Analyse pricing and specifications to ensure optimum competitiveness and profitability.
- Lead product communication across advertising, digital, and product literature, ensuring consistent brand positioning.
- Support product launches and lifecycle planning for new and existing models.
- Provide dealer training and updates through the product committee, enhancing network product knowledge.
- Collaborate with Škoda Auto and internal stakeholders to deliver best‑in‑class products and customer experiences.
About You
- Strong analytical and strategic mindset with a passion for the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in product planning, marketing, sales or commercial roles (automotive experience an advantage).
- Proficiency with data analysis tools (MS Excel) and confident decision‑making skills.
