Restaurant Supervisor

We are currently recruiting for a Restaurant Supervisor to join our Fahrenheit Restaurant team at Dublins Leading Castle Hotel. Objective of the Role Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, the Restaurant Supervisor will carry out duties ensuring the day-to-day operations are carried out in line with department and Hotel standards. To always provide 100% quality service to guests such as ensuring the smooth & efficient running of service, ensuring standards & guest satisfaction are maintained at all times. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: To strive at all times to exceed the expectations of all customers within the hotel and to do so in a pleasant and efficient manner in accordance with the established standards in the hotel. To adhere to all Health & Safety, Hygiene Procedures. To always ensure a high level of food safety & hygiene standards are adhered to during setup & throughout service. To monitor food quality & presentation, ensuring everything is fresh & replenished in a timely manner. To provide training & guidance on service, food handling & customer service. To work a flexible shift pattern and rotate through the various areas of your department as required. To be familiar with and adhere to all areas outlined in the Team Handbook. Requirements: Experience in working in previous 4/5* Star Hotel as a Restaurant Supervisor Willingness to learn. Attention to detail.
