Overview

We’re looking for an organised, people-focused HR & Office Administrator to join our growing team. You’ll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly, managing HR processes, and helping make our workplace one where everyone thrives. Responsibilities

- Rosters & Scheduling: Work with Managers to coordinate staff rosters, ensuring fairness, efficiency, and alignment with business needs.
- End-to-End Recruitment: Partner with department leads to identify hiring needs, post job ads, screen applicants, and help bring in great talent that fits our culture.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Ensure smooth transitions for new starters and leavers, keeping our HR records accurate and welcoming new hires with a great first impression.
- Office Coordination: Keep office supplies, schedules, and communications organised and efficient.
- Event & Culture Support: Assist in planning company events, team-building days, and celebrations that bring our people together.
- Compliance & Documentation: Help maintain company policies, health & safety records, and process manuals, supporting our commitment to excellence across HACCP, Q Mark, and Great Place to Work standards.
- HR Systems & Records: Keep employee data accurate and up to date across HR and payroll systems.
- Operational Support: Be ready to handle systems, processes, and ad-hoc tasks to assist the Operations Manager whenever needed, ensuring smooth day-to-day running of the business.

What You Bring to the Table

- Experience: 2+ years in an administrative or HR support role, ideally with exposure to HR processes or people operations.
- Organisation Skills: You’re great at managing multiple priorities and keeping details in check.
- People-First Attitude: Friendly, approachable, and passionate about creating a great workplace experience.
- Proactive Mindset: You don’t wait to be asked, you spot opportunities to improve and act on them.
- Tech-Savvy: Confident using digital tools (e.g., HR systems, Microsoft Office, or similar platforms).
- Team Player: You enjoy collaborating and helping others succeed.
- Qualifications: A qualification in Business Administration, HR, or a related field is preferred. HR or office management certifications are a bonus but not essential.
