Job Description
AuxiliaGroup Recruitment are currently hiring a Business Development Manager on behalf of our client, an established company within the food sector. This is a permanent opportunity based in Dublin and covering this region.
Role:
- Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within the foodservice sector.
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline aligned with company targets.
- Achieve and exceed agreed sales growth and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships.
- Provide expert advice and solutions tailored to the needs of foodservice clients.
- Stay informed on seasonal trends, market availability, and emerging customer needs.
- Provide culinary insight into product selection and development.
- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Strong sales background within foodservice or related sectors.
- Culinary background preferable.
- Solid understanding of the fresh produce industry in Ireland.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
- Ability to balance customer needs with commercial priorities.
