The Role:
Oversee day-to-day office operations, facilities, and supplies across head office and hubs.
Provide administrative support to the Director and Corporate Services team.
Coordinate HR administration including onboarding, reporting, compliance and supporting recruitment/training logistics.
Manage supplier relationships, contracts, and procurement processes.
Support budget preparation and monitor office-related spend.
Plan and deliver events, meetings, and hospitality in line with organisational standards.
Ensure a consistently high level of customer experience for all colleagues, visitors, and partners.
Contribute to process improvement and efficiency through innovation and automation.
The Candidate:
Degree in Business Administration, HR, Communications or related field.
2–4 years' experience in office management or senior administration, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organisational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high service standards.
Proven ability to foster positive relationships and work well across diverse teams.
Strong communication, discretion, and problem-solving skills.
