Operations Assistant - Dublin Airport We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Operations Assistant to join our dynamic team at Dublin Airport. As part of our operations team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day activities across Eastlands and Terminal operations. This is a varied role, and you may be required to assist in areas such as customer service, queue management, vehicle preparation, audits, and more. Flexibility is essential, as the role involves shift work, Monday to Sunday, between 5 AM and 1 AM. Benefits: Competitive Salary Starting twenty-nine holidays (including bank holidays), increasing with length of service Medical refund scheme Enhanced statutory sick pay 1.5% employer matched Pension scheme Enhanced Maternity and Paternity benefits Access to Hubex benefits and discounts platform Life Assurance x2 basic salary Employee Assistance Programme Opportunities for career advancement and professional development Voluntary flu vaccination voucher Bike to Work Scheme Key Responsibilities: Oversee key management and report idle/slow-moving vehicles Perform weekly vehicle stock checks and track anomalies Manage overdue rentals, extensions, and tax disc documentation Prepare keys and documents for the on-fleeting team Handle customer service queries, provide post-rental follow-up, and manage communications Update pre-closed contracts on a daily basis and add to handover Conduct vehicle tracker anomaly checks daily and follow up on any discrepancies Assist with ad hoc fleet admin duties as required such as onfleeting/off fleeting Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines Responsible for maintaining your own health and safety, as well as that of colleagues Uphold high standards of safety in all operational tasks Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines. Responsible for own health and safety and that of other work colleagues. Ad hoc duties as directed by Management. Your Skills: Full clean B driving licence held for a minimum of 2 years essential. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. 40 hour working week Monday to Sunday. Strong ability to multi-task and manage pressure in a fast-paced environment. Computer literate; proficiency in Microsoft Office Excellent time management and organisational skills. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal. You will be a fluent English speaker with a positive "Can Do" attitude.
