As a senior leader within our HR Technology team, you will be at the forefront of this transformation, partnering with clients to deliver complex programmes and reimagine how HR supports business strategy in an AI & Agentic AI-driven world. Key skills and prior experience that align well with this position Strong knowledge of the HR domain, including experience in Tier 1 HR solutions, emerging HR technology trends and the implications of AI on HR functions. Hands-on experience with leading HRIS platforms (such as Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle) and other HR technology tools to streamline and optimise HR processes. Prior consulting experience in HR transformation or active involvement in HR transformation projects with a focus on technology enablement. Proven ability to lead projects successfully, delivering high-quality outputs on time and leveraging technology to enhance efficiency. Experience working with market-leading AI trends and tools to drive innovation and automation within HR functions is highly desirable. Excellent people management and talent development experience to develop the next generation of leaders in this exciting area. Excellent networking, business development, and client relationship skills. Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences, including C-suite executives. Success in the Role: Performance Outcomes in your first 6-12 months Deliver and enable HR technology initiatives, including greenfield HRIS implementations, optimisations and AI integration, to drive transformation and operational efficiency. Design and deliver innovative HR strategies that incorporate AI and HRIS technology implications for clients. Lead the reimagination and implementation of AI-enabled technology-driven HR solutions, and input into our market leading thought leadership in this space. Initiate and contribute to business development activities to grow the HR Technology practice with a focus on technology-led offerings. Lead and coach high-performing teams, fostering professional growth and success in technology-enabled HR transformation. What type of work will I be doing? Leading client engagements focused on HRIS Technology implementation & optimisation, HR Technology Strategy, and AI integration. Collaborating with cross-functional teams across Human Capital, Reward Services, Finance Transformation, and AI & Data to deliver technology-driven HR solutions. Driving business development and market activation efforts to expand the practice's technology-enabled HR capabilities. Coaching and developing team members to build capability in HR technology, AI applications, and deliver excellence in client outcomes. Who is the Hiring Manager?
