The companys EU headquarters are in Dublin. The Position We are currently looking to recruit a Junior Dealer for our 24/5 Dealing Desk located in IFSC, Dublin 1. The Dealing Desk provides 24-hour, 5-days a week support to our customers across a full spectrum of trading instruments including Forex, Cryptocurrencies, Stocks, Commodities and Indices. Core Responsibilities: Primary focus on the execution of trades on behalf of a global client base across a range of financial instruments on AvaTrade trading platforms. Develop a comprehensive understanding of AvaTrade product offering, platforms, and client base to ensure business credibility. Liaise with clients, business development managers and internal departments with a view toward the provision of a market leading service. Deal with clients in a highly professional manner ensuring repeat and referral-based business for AvaTrade. Undergo onsite training programme. Skills & Experience: Relevant degree/masters qualification from a maths/computers/finance related discipline essential. Previous experience working in a Trading/Dealing room an advantage but not a necessity. Comprehensive understanding and a genuine interest in financial markets and market developments. Flexible approach to business working hours as required for a 24/5, 365-day Dealing desk; open to working nightshift. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
