This role offers the opportunity to develop strong relationships with clients while delivering exceptional service in foreign exchange, commodities, and interest rate risk management.

As a Graduate Trainee Treasury Dealer, you will join the Treasury Risk Solutions Team at our organization, focusing on delivering innovative financing and debt advisory solutions to mid-sized companies.

You will have access to resources for training and development, enabling you to achieve your potential.

The successful candidate will possess experience in a team environment, a strong academic background, and the ability to understand and communicate movements in foreign exchange markets.

A business background is helpful but not essential. Proficiency in both Dutch and English is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong relationships with clients while delivering exceptional service in FX, commodities, and interest rate risk management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support client growth and retention.
  • Monitor and communicate movements in foreign exchange markets.
  • Assist in the execution of strategic marketing initiatives to attract new clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in a team environment.
  • Strong academic background with a 3rd level qualification (honours and/or Master's).
  • Ability to understand and communicate movements in foreign exchange markets.
  • Relevant work experience commensurate with academic studies.
  • A business background is helpful but not essential.
  • Proficiency in both Dutch and English.
