Junior Health and Safety Advisor Leading Utilities Contractor Co. Dublin € Were working with Irelands leading utilities contractor, who are looking to expand their health and safety team with a Junior Health and Safety Advisor based in Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market-leading organisation and gain hands-on experience across high-profile utilities projects. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the implementation and monitoring of health and safety policies and procedures across projects. Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments under the guidance of senior H&S staff. Support in preparing and updating RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements) to reflect project requirements. Deliver safety briefings, inductions, and toolbox talks to site personnel. Monitor compliance with H&S legislation, company standards, and client requirements. Assist with incident reporting and investigations, identifying root causes and corrective actions. Support the H&S team with documentation, reporting, and daily site safety management. What were looking for: Experience or training in Health and Safety, ideally within construction or utilities. Knowledge of relevant H&S legislation and good practice. Strong communication and organisational skills. Willingness to learn and develop under the guidance of senior team members.
