Our Client is a Highly Regarded Law Firm in Dublin City Centre and enjoys a long history with many of their clients. They currently have an opportunity open for a Solicitor with experience in both Residential and Commercial Property (including Registry of Deeds and Land Registry) and ideally some Probate experience. This will suit a Solicitor with 3 years + PQE and who wants to join a Firm and once established progress rapidly to Partnership Level.

Salary: to €90K

The Candidate:

- Have experience in all areas of residential conveyancing acting for both purchasers and vendors;
- Have experience with housing developments (including apartments);
- Have experience in probate;
- Have excellent computer skills and be familiar with case management systems;
- Be able to work on his/her own initiative and as part of a team;
- Be client focused;
- Have excellent attention to detail;
- Be proficient in reporting on the status of cases.
