Due to continued expansion, we are looking to employ a Concrete Frames Foreman to join the team.

This is a permanent, full time position. Based in Dublin.

Salary negotiable depending on experience.

Responsibilities

- Management of sub-contractors, laborers, and onsite staff
- Management and control of plant and equipment
- Management and control of health and safety issues
- Check and understand all drawings and specifications
- Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, building regulations and good building practice
- Keeping site diaries and paperwork up to date
- Maintaining a tidy, safe, and efficient site at all times
- Provide regular updates on the progress of works to the Site Manager

Requirements

- Minimum of 5 years’ experience work at Foreman/Site Manager level on large scale projects
- In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment and HSA guidelines
- Proven experience working on large civils projects
- Ability to read drawings, plans and blueprints
- Full Driving License
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to communicate and report effectively
