Role Overview Weareseekingamotivatedanddetail-orientedGraduateAutoCAD/BIMRevitTechniciantojoin our design team. This role will focus on creating technical drawings, 2D layouts, and 3D BIM models for commercial catering equipment installations. You will work closely with our sales, project, and engineering teams to produce accurate designs that support tender submissions, client presentations, and installation projects. Key Responsibilities Produceaccurate2Dand3DdrawingsusingAutoCADandRevit. DevelopBIMmodelsforcateringequipmentlayoutsincommercialkitchens.Interpretdesignbriefsandtechnicalspecificationsintocleardrawingsandmodels. Collaboratewithprojectmanagersandengineerstoensurelayoutsmeetclientrequirements, industry standards, and regulations. Supportthepreparationofdesignpackagesfortendersandprojecthandovers. Maintain and update equipment libraries within CAD/Revit systems. Assist with clash detection, space planning, and coordination with M&E services. Ensure all drawings comply with company and client standards. Skills & Qualifications Degree in Architectural Technology, Building Services, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. ProficiencyinAutoCADandRevit(experiencewithBIMpreferred). Strongattentiontodetailwithanabilitytoproduceaccurateandcleartechnicaldrawings. Basic knowledge of building services and kitchen design is an advantage. Goodcommunicationandteamworkskills. Abilitytomanageworkload,meetdeadlines,andadapttoprojectchanges.
