Job description:
Responsibilities
- Responsible for assisting Project Managers and Project Coordinator IIs with the day-to-day monitoring of trials.
- Responsible for the generation of internal management reports and provision of these to the Project Coordinator II or the Project Manager, e.g. open status reports, commented results reports.
- Responsible for the generation of external management reports and provision of these to the Project Manager.
- Responsible for creating study documents from templates in the set-up phase of a study e.g. communication / escalation plan, ICOLABS forms.
- Recognize, exemplify and adhere to ICON's values which center on our commitment to People, Clients and Performance.
- As a member of staff, the employee is expected to embrace and contribute to our culture of process improvement with a focus on streamlining our processes adding value to our business and meeting client needs.
- Performs any other task related to project management that may be required.
