Reporting into senior management, the Procurement Coordinator will be responsible for managing the end-to-end purchasing process. Core duties include raising and chasing purchase orders using Sage ERP, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring the timely delivery of materials. The ideal candidate will bring a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for driving procurement efficiency while supporting broader business operations. Responsibilities: Manage the purchasing lifecycle from supplier engagement to order completion Raise, track, and chase purchase orders using Sage ERP Develop and maintain strong supplier and internal stakeholder relationships Support senior management with procurement reporting and insights Handle supplier negotiations with confidence and professionalism Liaise with both purchasing and sales departments to ensure seamless operations Monitor inventory levels and assist in forecasting demand Participate in the annual in-person stock audit and contribute to accuracy improvements Continuously seek opportunities to enhance procurement workflows Engage with external partners and logistics teams to coordinate timely deliveries Requirements: Experience in a procurement, purchasing, or similar fast-paced environment Confidence using Sage ERP and the ability to adapt quickly to other business systems Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple deadlines Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving Collaborative attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team High level of accuracy in maintaining records and managing data Enthusiastic approach to learning and professional development Positive, can-do attitude in daily tasks and team interactions This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to step into a pivotal procurement role within a well-established and supportive business.
