The Manager acts as a key enabler of digital transformation and continuous improvement, ensuring that procurement activities are not only effective but also scalable and future ready. Their contribution directly impacts the quality, speed, and value of procurement outcomes across the business.## **What you’ll be doing*** Process Execution & Support: Drive the rollout and maintenance of standardized Source to Contract (S2C) fully digitalised procurement processes ensuring consistency and compliance across teams.* Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and support implementation of automation and digital tools to improve efficiency.* Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Category Managers, Finance, Legal, and other business units to ensure procurement processes meet operational needs.* Technology Enablement: Support the adoption and optimization of procurement platforms ensuring data accuracy and user engagement.* Training & Documentation: Develop and deliver training materials and process documentation to support knowledge transfer and adoption across teams.* Compliance & Risk Monitoring: Monitor adherence to procurement policies and controls, escalating risks and supporting mitigation efforts.* Reporting & Analytics: Assist in tracking KPIs and preparing reports to measure process performance and identify areas for improvement.## **You'll have the following skills and experience*** Solid understanding of S2C processes.* Familiarity with procurement operating models, governance frameworks, Contract in-life management and compliance standards.* Hands-on experience with procurement platforms such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, or Oracle.* Ability to support digital transformation initiatives, including automation and data analytics tools.• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and propose actionable improvements.* Experience in using KPIs and metrics to monitor process performance and drive continuous improvement.* Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with cross-functional stakeholders.* Ability to translate complex process concepts into clear, user-friendly documentation and training materials.* Experience supporting change initiatives, including process rollouts and system implementations.* Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.* Understanding of procurement-related risks and controls, with the ability to support compliance monitoring and reporting.* Experience in developing and delivering training sessions or workshops to support process adoption and upskilling.* Passion for process excellence and innovation.* Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.## **Benefits*** 10% on target bonus* 25 days annual leave + bank holidays and an opportunity to buy up to five more days every year* Hybrid working, with state-of-the-art offices within Canal Plaza* BT Sourced Pension Scheme - 6% BT contributions* Life Assurance from 1st day of employment - 4x salary* We prodive healthcare cover and permanent health insurance (income continuance)* Access to excellent training tools, programmes and communities to help you connect, learn and grow.* And we like it when our people do good things so there will be the opportunity to take time off for volunteering and we'll help with your fundraising too.#LI-BTSourced #Procureco #LI-TE1 #LI-Hybrid
