Our Retirement team works with some of the largest occupational pension schemes in the UK, advising on Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution schemes. Responsibilities Joining us as a trainee consultant, you’ll gain exposure to technical challenges, work with our experts and engage with clients.
You’ll be supported to become a Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries, including a market-leading study support package, study leave and mentorship.
Exam entry fees and membership fees of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries are provided.
You will have autonomy to manage your own workload.
You’ll share and present your work to colleagues and clients.
You’ll be encouraged to innovate and improve our processes and delivery.
You’ll gain a wide range of on-the-job experience and develop technical and consulting skills through a full induction and ongoing learning opportunities.

Qualifications Requirements:
2:1 degree in a numerate discipline or 2:1 degree in a non-numerate discipline
Ready to learn and contribute
Good head for numbers
Excellent communication skills
Excited by solving challenging technical problems
