Job Description: As the Restaurant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the reputation for exceptional dining experiences. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of passionate professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, training, and performance management, to ensure efficient and exceptional service delivery. Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency, while adhering to health and safety regulations and industry best practices. Manage inventory and cost control measures to optimise profitability without compromising quality or guest satisfaction. Cultivate strong relationships with guests, anticipating their needs and preferences to create memorable dining experiences that exceed expectations. Implement effective marketing and promotional strategies to drive restaurant revenue and attract new clientele, while nurturing existing guest relationships. Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Hotel Restaurant Manager or Food & Beverage Manager in a minimum 4 star hotel or higher standard Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing team. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities. Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences. In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu development, costing, and inventory management. Familiarity with industry trends, market dynamics, and best practices in hospitality management. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
