Post Summary: The Risk Officer will play a pivotal role in ensuring Trinity College Dublin maintains an effective, integrated, and forward-looking risk management framework. Reporting to the Secretary to the College, the post-holder will lead the development, implementation, and continuous enhancement of risk management policies and practices across the University, supporting informed decision-making at all levels. The role includes line management responsibility for two members of the risk team. Post status: Fixed-Term Contract This is a 3-year Fixed Term Contract. During this term, you will lead the development, implementation, and continuous enhancement of the Universitys risk management framework, supporting informed decision-making and embedding a culture of risk awareness across Trinity College Dublin. This role is not being offered on a permanent basis and is fixed to a 3-year term, as the university will need to review its Risk Management Function to determine its long-term structure, scope, and positioning within Trinity College Dublin. The review will determine whether this role, or the role in a revised format, will be required on a long-term basis. Hours of Post: 35 hours per week Salary: This appointment will be made on the Senior Administrative 3 Salary Scale (€99,841 - €128,928 per annum) at a point in line with current Government pay policy. monthly/weekly payscales.
