About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Client Service Executive to join our Wealth Management division on a 12-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will provide general administrative support to a team of Associate Directors and Senior Private Client Advisers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for clients, dealing promptly and efficiently with their queries.
  • Collate documentation for client meetings, auditing customer relationship management systems to ensure records and supporting documents are accurate and compliant.
  • Manage follow-up activities from client meetings, monitoring completion of tasks.
  • Update and monitor the CRM system on an ongoing basis, preparing documentation to comply with legislative requirements in data management for our clients.
  • Facilitate client requests by liaising with internal departments to ensure operational procedures and compliance obligations are met.
  • Manage reporting and operation of tasks in conjunction with other team members, implementing and communicating company practices.
  • Assist with administrative tasks involved in planning and preparation of various client events and conferences, providing on-site support and hospitality at such events.
  • Participate in interdepartmental projects to identify best practice and enhance servicing for our clients.
About You

We are looking for someone with the following background and skills:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience working in an administrative position.
  • Degree or Master's level in Business/Finance related area.
  • High level of proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Flexible, positive attitude towards work.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Professional telephone manner.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Ability to prioritise own workload.
