About The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Client Service Executive, Associate to join our Wealth Management division. In this role, you will be responsible for providing general administrative support to a team of Associate Directors and Senior Private Client Advisers. You will serve as the first point of contact for clients, responding promptly and efficiently to their queries. Your key responsibilities will include assisting in the delivery of departments' value management project, collating documentation for client meetings, auditing customer relationship management system, managing follow-up activities from client meetings, updating and monitoring the CRM system, facilitating client requests, managing reporting and operation of tasks, and implementing company practice in carrying out tasks.

Key Responsibilities
You will have the following responsibilities:
  • Providing general administrative support to Associate Directors and Senior Private Client Advisers.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, responding promptly and efficiently to their queries.
  • Assisting in the delivery of departments' value management project.
  • Collating documentation for client meetings; auditing customer relationship management system to ensure records and supporting documents are accurate & compliant in preparation of client meetings.
  • Managing follow-up activities from client meetings; monitoring completion of tasks.
  • Updating and monitoring the CRM system on an ongoing basis; preparing documentation to comply with legislative requirements in data management for our clients.
  • Facilitating client requests by liaising with internal departments to ensure operational procedures and compliance obligations are met executing tasks; acting as the primary point of contact with all internal departments.
  • Managing reporting and operation of tasks in conjunction with other team members; implementing and communicating company practice in carrying out tasks.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks involved with planning and preparation of various client events and conferences; providing on-site support and hospitality at such events. Occasional out of office hours.
  • Participating in interdepartmental projects to identify best practice to enhance servicing our clients; facilitating deployment and communication of new applications to the team.
  • Complying with the Risk and Compliance frameworks, policies and procedures associated with the role.
