About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen on a 12 month FTC for a Client Service Executive to join our Wealth Management division. In the role, the successful candidate will:

1. The provision of general administrative support to a team of Associate Directors and Senior Private Client Advisers.
2. Acting as the first point of contact to clients; dealing promptly and efficiently with client's queries.
3. Assist in delivery of departments value management project.
4. Collation of documentation for client meetings; auditing customer relationship management system to ensure records and supporting documents are accurate & compliant in preparation of client meetings.
5. Management of follow up activities from client meetings; monitoring completion of tasks.
6. Updating and monitoring the CRM system on an ongoing basis; preparing documentation to comply with legislative requirements in data management for our clients.
7. Facilitate client requests by liaising with internal departments to ensure operational procedures and compliance obligations are met executing tasks; acting as the primary point of contact with all internal departments.
8. Managing reporting and operation of tasks in conjunction with other team members; implementing and communicating company practice in carrying out tasks.
9. Assist with administrative tasks involved with planning and preparation of various client events and conferences; provide on-site support and hospitality at such events. Occasional out of office hours.
10. Participate in interdepartmental projects to identify best practice to enhance servicing our clients; facilitate deployment and communication of new applications to the team.
11. Comply with the Risk and Compliance frameworks, policies and procedures associated with the role.

About you

We are looking for somebody who has the following background and skills:

1. A minimum of 1 year of experience working in an administrative position;
2. Degree or Masters level in Business/Finance related area;
3. A high level of proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint;
4. A flexible, positive attitude towards work;
5. Excellent attention to detail;
6. An ability to work effectively as part of a team;
7. A professional telephone manner;
8. Excellent organisational skills;
9. An ability to prioritise own workload.
