Our client is seeking a Technical Support Speacialist in the motor industry. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Provide technical help and advice to our Dealer Network. Communicate with Manufacturers to resolve technical problems. Assist with technical training for dealers. Deliver excellent customer service and support. Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally. Complete technical office tasks and maintain records. Candidate Requirements: Qualified Motor Technician with at least 3-4 years' experience. Strong technical knowledge in Motor Vehicle After-Sales. Good IT and analytical skills with attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Strong interpersonal skills to build trust with Dealers. Positive and results-focused attitude with the ability to meet deadlines.
