The Job Reporting directly to the Director of Commercial Operations, this is a senior level role with broad-based responsibilities across all aspects of commercial property sales and leasing, as well as responsibility for company asset and portfolio management operations.
Key responsibilities include:
Manage property sales and leasing negotiations to maximise value for the organisation.
Coordinate new site acquisitions and development projects.
Develop and maintain relationships with key external stakeholders.
Support multi-annual budgeting processes and manage credit control activities.
Review commercial proposals, oversee compliance reporting, and support the wider leadership/executive team as needed.
Your Skills / Experience We Need 3rd level degree (or above) in business studies or a relevant discipline.
Fully qualified Chartered Surveyor - SCSI and/or RICS - ideally.
3–5+ years experience in a commercially focused property sales or leasing role.
Excellent inter-personal skills and ability to engage and network with people at all levels of seniority.
Strong IT and analytical skills.
Proven ability to manage projects to deadlines and within budget.
The Offer This position is offered as a permanent role with a salary range dependent on experience, up to approximately €70k base salary with a strong benefits package.
The role will be primarily office-based 5 days per week with some flexibility for remote work depending on business needs.
