As we continue our journey toward becoming Ireland's most trusted and sustainable business, we have an exciting opportunity for a successful candidate to join our Marketing team as a Digital & Social Media Specialist.
As a member of the digital content team, the purpose of this role is to grow the business through the execution of the digital communications plan and to contribute to developing The Digital Strategy with clarity, innovation, and passion.
What you'll be doing:
- Working with Brand Managers to implement the commercial and brand strategy across digital and social channels.
- Managing Centra's Social Media Channels, including Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram.
- Managing Paid and Organic Social Media posting and strategy.
- Campaign ideation, analysis, and tracking to review effectiveness and build insights for future activities.
- Social media moderation management.
- Presenting plans and results to the wider team and stakeholders.
- Applying continuous fresh thinking to maximize plan outcomes.
- Developing and maintaining effective relationships with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Managing budgets effectively.
- Achieving brand targets with a strong understanding of customer segments and their needs.
What we're looking for:
- A minimum of 3+ years in a similar Social Media role.
- A third-level Marketing or Business qualification.
- Experience working in Meta Business Suite & TikTok Ads Manager.
- Experience creating content for TikTok and other social media channels.
- A proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, innovative environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, influencing, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team to achieve organizational objectives.
- Experience using Photoshop is advantageous.
- Experience within the Retail/FMCG industry is advantageous.
- Creatively strong with a passion for the latest trends in food, digital, and social media.
