We are seeking a talented and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team.
As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for managing and growing the online presence of multiple brands within our leisure hospitality business.
Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall business objectives.

• Create engaging content across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) to attract and retain our target audience.

• Monitor and analyse social media metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.

• Engage with our followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.

• Create audio, visual and written compelling content, liaising when appropriate with the relevant departments within the business to capture content and ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.

• Attend relevant events to capture live content for social media.
Ability to work evenings and weekends is necessary.

• Manage Google Business accounts

• Identify, manage and maintain strong relationships with on-brand influencers that lead to collaborations.

• Identify emerging social channels and hospitality trends

• Other ad hoc marketing duties, as required
Qualifications

• 2 years proven experience in social media management with a strong understanding of different platforms and their best practices.

• Excellent writing and communication skills.

• Creative and innovative mindset.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Experience with Meta Business Suite

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop,Premiere Pro or other video editing software like CapCut) and Canva.

• Video editing skills.
Working Schedule
Please note that job will include a mix of days, early evenings and occasional weekend hours for special events.
This position requires you to work onsite at the Mardyke Entertainment Complex in Cork city.

: €15 per hour
32 hours a week
