The Opportunity
Are you a builder who thrives on driving quality hiring outcomes in partnership with your business leaders? Okta is a leader in Identity, and our Dublin office is a core hub for our EMEA growth. In this Senior Recruiter role, you will be a key player in building and growing our EMEA teams from our Dublin location.

This is a unique opportunity to act as both a strategic partner and a recruiting expert. You will have significant ownership in how Okta positions itself in the market for top talent and for creating a world-class internal culture that the best of the best want to be a part of. We are looking for a ground-floor owner and builder of both talent pipelines and business relationships across all functions.

Areas of Focus

Strategic Partnership: Align key talent initiatives and resources with Okta's core business objectives across all functions in Dublin and throughout EMEA.

Talent Sourcing: Own the full-cycle recruitment process, developing and executing strategic sourcing plans to build robust talent pipelines for technical, G&A, and sales profiles.

Operational Excellence: Drive efficiencies that scale; focused on metrics, process, and technology. Build and align operating rhythms that ensure the team hits established KPIs.

Partnership & Influence: Work closely with leaders across Finance, HR, and other key business units to deliver short- and long-term talent solutions that drive growth and efficiency.

Brand Ambassador: Act as a Brand Ambassador and steward of talent for Okta, leading internal and external events to enhance our employer brand.

What You Will Do

Build and drive internal and external talent branding programs (e.g., referral drives, tech talks, webinars, LinkedIn campaigns, blog posts, hiring events).

Partner directly with internal business leadership (up to VP level) and teams across HR, Finance, Operations, Compensation, and Benefits.

Build and share retroactive and forward-looking analytics with internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.

Work across global locations and time zones, influencing in a matrixed organizational structure.

Balance short- and long-term goals, delivering on immediate needs while planning for future growth.

Manage projects and programs within the talent acquisition space.

What You Will Bring

Demonstrated experience in a high growth SaaS organization, in a business-facing role with experience recruiting across a variety of profiles (GTM, Early Career, Engineering, and G&A) in the Dublin and broader EMEA market.

A foundation in data and analytics, including the ability to share talent market insights and success metrics.

The ability to balance short- and long-term goals.

Direct experience working across global locations and time zones, influencing without direct ownership.

A curious, intellectually driven mindset; you never stop looking for ways to improve.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaborative skills.
