We’re hiring urgently for Online Content Moderators to support one of the world’s leading social networking platforms. This is more than just a job – it’s a career opportunity with full training, development pathways, and a vibrant, multilingual team.

What you will be doing:

- Review and moderate flagged content to ensure alignment with community standards.
- Investigate and resolve user issues with empathy and accuracy.
- Monitor abuse reports and enforce platform policies.
- Analyse data to improve user experience and identify workflow inefficiencies.
- Spot trends and escalate critical issues to global teams.

Who are we looking for?

- A native Russian speaker with in-depth cultural knowledge of the Russian market.
- Fluent in English (B2 minimum).
- Already authorized to work in Ireland – no relocation or visa sponsorship available.
- Resilient, empathetic, and detail oriented.
- Comfortable working full-time on-site in Dublin (no hybrid or remote options).
- Eager to learn, adapt, and grow in a dynamic environment.
