The Programme

CRH invites you to apply to join our Europe Finance Graduate Programme, commencing September 2026. The programme offers three 12-month rotations in different finance roles across Europe, with mobility between locations. You will work toward ACCA or CIMA qualification and finish the programme as a fully qualified accountant.

What we require

- Hold or expect to hold a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business-related discipline.
- Fluent English plus a second European language (French, Polish, Dutch, Danish, Slovak, Romanian).
- Eligibility to work in the EU without visa restrictions (i.e. EU/EEA passport).
- Willingness to relocate across Europe for at least 1 of the 3 rotations.
- Commitment to gaining a professional accounting qualification (ACCA or CIMA).
- Motivated self-starter with the determination and drive to succeed.
