The Programme
CRH invites you to apply to join our Europe Finance Graduate Programme, commencing September 2026.
The programme offers three 12-month rotations in different finance roles across Europe, with mobility between locations.
You will work toward ACCA or CIMA qualification and finish the programme as a fully qualified accountant.

You will experience a holistic overview of our business and work with inspiring people.

You will participate in a tailored development programme to build communication, networking, and other business skills.
You will be fully supported to achieve ACCA or CIMA qualifications, fully funded by CRH.

What we require
Hold or expect to hold a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business-related discipline.
Fluent English plus a second European language (French, Polish, Dutch, Danish, Slovak, Romanian).
Eligibility to work in the EU without visa restrictions (i.e. EU/EEA passport).
Willingness to relocate across Europe for at least 1 of the 3 rotations.
Commitment to gaining a professional accounting qualification (ACCA or CIMA).
Motivated self-starter with the determination and drive to succeed.
