About the team

At Stripe, we want to give every candidate—no matter the interview outcome—a stellar experience. The Recruiting Coordination team manages several aspects of recruiting administration to provide a great experience for our candidates, shepherding them through the entire process. - Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple stakeholders and tasks while managing their work time efficiently

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an appropriate blend of professionalism and friendliness

Preferred qualifications

- Flexibility: able to shift tasks and priorities in a big way at the drop of a hat; comfortable working with ambiguity

- Creative and process-driven: you’re constantly looking for ways to make things work more efficiently

- Ability to connect and interact with different types of people

- Project management experience a plus

Office-attendance expectations vary by location and role. Some teams may require higher in-office presence, and hiring managers will discuss specifics with you. This approach supports in-person collaboration while maintaining flexibility where possible.

The annual salary range for this role in the primary location is €38,400 - €57,600. This range may change if you are hired in another location. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings (“OTE”) range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. Applicants interested in this role and who are not located in the primary location may request the annual salary range for their location during the interview process.

Specific benefits and details about compensation are location-dependent and can be discussed in more detail during the interview process. Benefits/additional compensation for this role may include: equity, company bonus or sales commissions/bonuses; retirement plans; health benefits; and wellness stipends.
