Office Administrator – Beauty Industry

My client is looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in an administrative role, with a strong ability to meet deadlines and excellent communication skills and a passion for the beauty industry

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to ensure smooth business operations.

• Organise & maintain files, records, and documentation for easy access.

• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and marketing materials.

• Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments.

• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.

• Oversee office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.

• Support data entry and database management tasks.

• Help improve office processes to increase efficiency.

• Provide assistance to various departments as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum of three years' experience in office administration, preferably in the cosmetics, fashion, or retail industries.

• Strong organisational and time management skills.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once.
