Solutions Consultant

About the role

As a Solutions Consultant - SaaS Implementation (Life Science), you will act as both a business consultant and expert advisor, guiding customers through the implementation lifecycle of Binocs. This AI-driven solution optimizes scheduling and planning for QC laboratories and Cell & Gene Therapy facilities, transforming complex workflows into streamlined, data-driven processes. Your mission will be to deliver tailored configurations that integrate seamlessly into the customer’s business environment, driving measurable impact and long-term success.

In this role, you will:

- Analyze and Understand Business Processes:

- Prepare, lead, and follow up on customer workshops to uncover current set-up (business and dataflow), value expectations, and current ways of working.

- Dive deep into the operational workflows of laboratories and supply chains, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and productivity with business-savvy Binocs configuration.

- Design and Configure Solutions:

- Collaborate with the Solution Team to translate business challenges into actionable Binocs solutions that align with the customer’s goals.

- Perform hands-on configuration, adapting Binocs to fit complex customer requirements.

- Prepare and drive workshops to iteratively present and improve the proposed solutions.

- Develop and execute testing strategies to ensure high-quality deployments.

- Lead Strategic Implementations:

- Manage end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.

- Follow and refine Binocs’ proven implementation methodology, balancing structure with flexibility to meet unique client needs.

- Engage and educate stakeholders by clearly communicating project plans, design choices and implementation risks to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Ensure user adoption of sustainable set-up:

- Steer implementations around “why” (value, problem statements) customer is implementing.

- Provide training and knowledge transfer to enable self-sufficient customer teams.

- Start up adoption process throughout implementation, to ensure and hand over in-use customer to Customer Success Manager.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Consulting Expertise:

- Demonstrated ability to lead client-facing workshops and build consensus across diverse stakeholder groups.

- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly grasp new concepts and apply them effectively.

- SaaS Implementation Experience:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in SaaS implementations, management consulting, or a related field.

- Hands-on experience configuring and deploying business software solutions, such as ERP, supply chain, or laboratory systems.

- Technical and Analytical Strengths:

- Experience with data analysis; able to interpret and troubleshoot dataflows.

- Familiar with data visualization, and supporting users in interpreting dashboards.

- Exceptional Communication Skills:

- Skilled at simplifying complex concepts for diverse audiences, both verbally and in writing.

- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.

- Adaptable and Entrepreneurial Mindset:

- Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with evolving job responsibilities.

- Educational Background:

- Master’s degree; a background in bioengineering, business engineering, or a related field is a strong advantage.

- Language Skills:

- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a bonus.

- Location:

- You show a willingness to work in a hybrid working model (50% in-office, 50% work from home) in our Dublin office or your customer’s offices. You will also have the occasional opportunity to travel both domestically and internationally.
