Were seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of major builds across sectors such as pharmaceutical, life sciences, food & beverage, and commercial. This is a site-based role in Cork, offering the opportunity to work on complex, large-scale developments with a collaborative and high-performing team. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality. Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and stakeholders. Promote a positive health and safety culture across the site. Develop and manage detailed project programmes and short-term planning strategies. Drive quality assurance and compliance with specifications and procedures. Oversee procurement and subcontractor engagement aligned with project timelines. Collaborate with commercial teams to ensure financial performance and reporting. Lead value engineering initiatives and product development. Maintain clear and effective communication with all project stakeholders. Provide accurate reporting, forecasting, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle. What Youll Bring Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. 7+ years experience managing large-scale commercial or industrial construction projects. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate teams. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
